Advances in imaging and tumor genomics are discussed. The implications of the TAILORx study on chemotherapy recommendations are summarized. New conventional protocols for ER+, HER-2-neu positive and triple negative breast cancers are discussed and we conclude with an evidence-based synopsis of foundational nutrient and botanical interventions in the naturopathic management of breast cancer.
