First and foremost, we focus on prevention, using comprehensive lifestyle and botanical recommendations. We then look at strategies to mitigate acute inflammation and pain related to diverticulitis. Relevant research findings on select botanicals are presented, including Berberis spp., Ulmus spp., Curcuma longa, and Zingiber.
