Very interesting discussion of the effects of ashwagandha, boswellia, chyavanprash, forskholii, gymnema, guggul, picrorhiza, phyllanthus, shilajit and triphala. Recording has been edited slightly but still has pauses while the herb is being passed around for tasting.
