Speaker: Kenneth Proefrock. Humans are primarily water-soluble organisms. Fat-soluble elements in our world are easily absorbed but poorly excreted. In fact, fat-soluble material from endogenous and exogenous sources must be made more water-soluble before they can be properly excreted through the kidneys, skin, or intestines. The process of making fat-soluble substances more water-soluble occurs throughout the body but mostly in the liver. Here we discuss specific strategies for assisting in this process. In addition to botanical agents, we also discuss specific hydrotherapy measures and nutritional considerations
