Speaker: Kenneth Proefrock. The rainbow of color that is represented in the botanical world is largely due to the flavonoids present in plants. These flavonoids represent some of the most powerful of natural constituents with the poorest bioavailability in humans. We discuss methods of extraction, preparation and modification in order to experience the effectiveness of these amazing constituents.
