Speaker: Shubhangee Satam. The incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is increasing globally. Ayurveda can help with its vast array of herbs and its holistic approach of management. Several herbs such as brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), mandukparni (Centella asiatica), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and others have been used with encouraging results. In this presentation, the holistic management of ADHD in children and research showing the efficacy of these herbs are discussed.
